We Had our A/C go out a few weeks ago. We were told they would supply us with a portable A/C, but that the company that does the repairs were out. We called several times, with our house temps reaching as high as 97 degrees. After several days of harassing the company we contacted the property manager, who told us they dont provide portable units.

The roof has fallen apart more than once leading to numerous leaks and water damage. Invitation homes refuses to replace the roof like the roofers tell them needs to be done.
