1347 Candlelite lane Snellville GA 30078

I rented from invitation homes between July 2017 and July 2018, a three bedroom ranch house, 1347 Candlelite lane Snellville Ga 30078, I promised myself not to have anything to do with them after a horrible incident I had with them and the property I rented, I am still waiting to see how they would ended it before taking them up but thank God I saw the group last night and joined.

I documented everything from the photographs and my correspondence with them.Chose to go through email rather than phone calls in order to have something handy.

my case is that of mold and moisture through out the house. I was asked to move to a hotel and they would reimburse me, which they had not done till date, I had to spend 26 or 27 days in a hotel, I asked them to break the lease, let me leave ,they  refused, made me pay another rent due while in the hotel, left the house still in an uninhabitable state till my lease ended in July, at first they wanted to blame me for the mold but I had to hire a professional to inspect the house, he told me exactly the cause, which the first vendor they sent to inspect the house told me was the cause, but he was not hired to do the redemption, probably he didnt want to cover for them, they got another who came and started out suggesting that what I was seeing  could be chocolate stains rather than mold, after I told him that I know what he knows, unless he wants his license suspended, he changed tune and called his boss ,they came removing the rugs and paddings, which while in the process a large crack, from one end of the wall to another was discovered, I have pictures, they tore down a bathroom cabinet and wall as well, never fixed that, they even charged my account for that, meanwhile, I have photos of the humidifier(with the company name on it) they left while working, they needed to tear it down in order for their equipment to fit, invitation homes probably thought that I would be stupid not to document things. I have my hotel receipts with dates, when they promised on phone that they would reimburse my hotel bill, I made them send me an email, which I also have kept, I  ran out of money on two separate times to stay in the hotel, had to spend nights in the car with my two kids and before then, I made it known to them through the mail.

the issue in the house was from the base of the house, there were openings that make rain water flood the house from underneath, probably that was what caused the crack on the floor, faulty foundation, have the picture of the big crack too, that was previously hidden by rugs. I am sure they were aware of that crack before renting it out to me and probably it is still there. I called the city of Snellville to come and do an inspection of the place but when they checked the address, it was found that it is outside the city limit, they referred me to the county, Gwinnett,

I just pity the person renting that would rent that place or is already renting it, because I know they will quickly do a whitewash job and bring in their next victim. Zillow should be notified about them.
