We Had our A/C go out a few weeks ago. We were told they would supply us with a portable A/C, but that the company that does the repairs were out. We called several times, with our house temps reaching as high as 97 degrees. After several days of harassing the company we contacted the property manager, who told us they dont provide portable units. We stayed in a hotel one night but were not reimbursed even though we were told we would be. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. We have called the property manager and maintenance several times with no resolution. This is only one of several serious complaints about this company. The first night we moved in there were squatters in the home, which we had to call the police to have removed. The debris left by the squatters required three separate visits to have removed properly, one time the cleaning company threw a mattress over the fence. We had several problems with the fence falling in, each time they only put a stake in it and did not repair the fence properly. Our shower door was broken and is waiting for a 2nd repair. The back yard was completely infested with ticks and we had to have an exterminator come out twice. Someone hit our metal fence and they were going to just remove the broken part and leave us with a big hole, and we had to fight it to get it repaired. When they repaired it they left big chunks of concrete all over the sidewalk. I have pictures of the ticks, the broken fence, the thermostat showing temps over 90 degrees, the fence damage and debris left behind, the mattress dumped behind our property and the letters sent to the company with the complaints. I have reported them to the better business bureau as well. I hope the paper comes out to interview me. We pay almost $1300 a month.
